WAEC WASSCE

All 77 WASSCE subjects, including the ones nobody else covers.

Upholstery. Mining. GSM Phone Maintenance. Dyeing and Bleaching. If WAEC sets it, you can practise it here.

Read this before you start

  • WAEC is practice, not a full course yet. The JAMB banks run to 320 questions a subject. The median WAEC subject holds 40. The exact number for yours is in the list below, and it is the real one.
  • There is no predicted grade. WAEC gives a letter per subject and no total, so a score out of 400 would mean nothing. Efiko will not invent one. Your practice, streak and weak topics all still count.
  • One timed mock, in Bookkeeping. 40 questions in 50 minutes, which is the real paper. WAEC sells its syllabus as a book, so Bookkeeping is the only subject whose paper length Efiko actually knows.

The subjects

The number beside each name is how many questions that subject holds today, counted from the banks the app ships.

Why the WAEC banks are shorter

  • JAMB publishes its syllabus. WAEC sells one. For JAMB, every question is written against the official topic list. For WAEC, the topic list for most subjects had to be worked out from twelve years of past papers.
  • So the questions are written slowly. A subject is only added once there is real evidence of what it examines. That is the reason the banks are short, and it is the reason nothing in them is guesswork.
  • Breadth came first on purpose. A student sitting Upholstery has nothing to practise with anywhere. Twenty real questions is worth more to them than a twenty sixth Mathematics app.
